The importance of keeping people engaged, motivated and committed to their work is recognized by most leaders in any industry and it is considered one of the requirements for leadership positions. It is somehow an easy task but most leaders agree that it is harder than it looks. With The Engaging Leader Program, you will get insights on how to enhance engagement, motivation and commitment in your team.
Who should participate?
This one-day enhancement program is designed for managers, directors, decision-makers, team leaders and professionals who would like to improve their organization’s engagement, motivation and commitment level.
How it works - the approach:
In this program, we will discuss the following:
What employee engagement is, how it’s typically measured and why it’s important to organizational performance
Examine feedback on engaging leadership competencies and determine leadership behaviors you could demonstrate to enhance staff motivation and engagement
Practice applying models and techniques for enhancing individual staff motivation and engagement at work
Prior to the program, participants will need to complete the Genos Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Assessment. During the program, we will provide the participants their own Feedback Report, a Development Tips workbook and expert led debrief and action planning methodologies to help leaders leverage strengths and address development opportunities.
