The Genos Emotional intelligence practitioner two-day program

This certification is specially designed to make you the expert in applying Emotional Intelligence (EI) in the workplace. Learn from internationally recognized experts who develop and apply Emotional Intelligence with Fortune 500 companies every day.

Participants

The Genos EI Certification is designed for experienced learning and organizational development professionals, human resource consultants, executive coaches, and organisational psychologists. If you are not experienced in at least one of these areas, this program is probably not for you.

How it works: Our Approach

A two-day facilitated program that includes:

• Inspirational content,

• Participative methods,

• Experiential scenarios, and

• Action planning 

Before the course, the program includes a personal 360-degree EI Assessment and debrief by a certified Master trainer. After the course, you will be assigned a Case study project of your own. To complete the course and gain certification, you must successfully debrief the results of a sample Genos 360-degree assessment with the Master Trainer. The Genos Master Trainer will act out the character of the sample report. After the session, the Master Trainer will provide feedback, with the ultimate goal of ensuring you are able to apply Genos EI tools effectively and confidently.
