DISC MODEL

Profiles Performance Indicator is a DISC oriented assessment system with an additional fifth dimension added to it, the Motivational Energy (ME).

WHAT IT MEASURES

Profiles Performance Indicator measures employee moral and job performance taking into consideration Nine Critical Job Related Competencies.

REPORTS

The Profiles Performance Indicator generates 6 reports that will help you understand how an individual can be understood, motivated, and managed so that you can improve job performance.
