Course Overview and Delivery Throughout the course, you will be introduced to the history of testing, statistical calculations and issues associated with supervising tests, dealing with candidates and giving feedback, select the right tests for recruitment & development, understand reliability, validity & ethical testing standards. We deliver the training through a blended approach including: 14 to 20 hours distance learning prior to course, 2 days face-to-face training, Post course workbook.
