    The entity takes responsibility for setting up frameworks for social development in the emirate of Dubai. With a focus on career and financial empowerment, the entity aimed at equipping nationals with the necessary skills and opportunities to succeed in their professional and business endeavors. Accordingly, one of its strategic initiatives was to sponsor Small and Medium Enterprises both logistically and financially. But the entity wanted to a framework in place that would help it in identifying potential entrepreneurship capabilities for SME sponsorship. However, identifying the most suitable candidates for these programs and accurately assessing their readiness for employment or entrepreneurship presented a complex challenge.

    The Result:
